With over 23 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Feliscia brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to patient care to Noir Essence Luxury Med Spa. Specializing in Trauma ER and ICU nursing, she has spent decades at the forefront of critical care, making quick, decisive decisions in high-pressure environments. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as a BLS, ACLS, and TNCC instructor for the past 20 years, training fellow healthcare professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care in emergency situations.
As a mother of four and a proud grandmother of one, Feliscia understands the importance of self-care and wellness in all stages of life. Her passion for skincare and aesthetics has been a lifelong interest, which led her to train with top experts in the field of medical aesthetics. She is dedicated to continuing her education, staying current with the latest treatments and techniques to offer her clients the best results possible.
Through Noir Essence, Feliscia combines her extensive medical background with her passion for beauty and wellness, creating a space where clients can feel confident in receiving the highest quality care in a luxurious and relaxing environment.

Dr. Charles Talakkottur is a seasoned physician with a strong foundation in patient-centered care and a passion for holistic wellness. Since 2013, he has specialized in aesthetic medicine, with advanced training in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and IPL photofacials. His approach blends medical precision with an artistic eye, delivering natural-looking results that enhance confidence and radiance.
As a Medical Director, Collaborating Physician, and Supervising NP, Dr. Talakkottur has led clinical teams with a focus on safety, education, and exceptional patient outcomes. He remains deeply committed to ongoing learning, regularly attending aesthetic conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of the industry. Known for his calm, thoughtful demeanor, he fosters a supportive environment where both clients and teams can thrive.
